Benchmark Human Services is one of the organizations in our area that is working around the clock to provide care for Northeast Indiana's developmentally disabled population during this Coronavirus pandemic. For a look at the challenges involved as well as the community being served, WBOI's Julia Meek talked with its president, Doug Beebe, by phone about the mission Benchmark embraces and the complexities that task presents.
