Today I am speaking about perimenopause and the challenging symptoms that many women face when going through this time. In traditional medicine the most common way to address common symptoms such as: hot flashes, altered menstrual cycles, heavy bleeding, insomnia, and mood swings is to erroneously prescribe hormone replacement as the cure all. The other error traditional medical doctors make, is to attempt to perform blood hormone tests to determine what to give women who suffer with all or some of the annoying and unwanted symptoms.
