Adelaide already had a huge task ahead to make the finals, and ultimately missed out. They have look flat for some time though, often beating down on lesser sides, then being flattened against the top squads. The Crows had a good offseason in 2018, but need more of the same in 2019 to move forward. The Crows need change.
