Adele opens up about her own internal struggle of starting and stopping projects and jobs, recalling how frustrated she was knowing she was not reaching her full potential. She set out to create a proprietary 4 step system called The Repatterning Technique that helps remove old patterns that lead to procrastination, avoidance, quitting, and feeling stuck.
