In Episode 31 of Conversations About Running we chat with international middle distance runner, Adelle Tracey, from her high altitude training camp in Iten 🇰🇪 Her current training camp and reasons for heading to Iten feature heavily in this episode and we delve into some of the do's and don'ts of altitude training. We chat about her charity work with the British Dyslexia Foundation and Dementia UK and why these charities are close to her, and also talk about some of her hobbies that help her to 'relax' between training sessions, including interior design and makeup artistry, to which we admittedly struggled to ask meaningful follow up questions!
