Adeola Ayoola is the CEO/Co-founder at Famasi Africa where she leads a Team that manages recurrent medication needs for Africans. With 6+ years working in the different sectors of Pharmacy (retail, hospital & supply chain) she has experienced the problems people with recurrent medications face.
In her last official capacity at the Quality Rx Unit of mPharma, she worked on facilitating access to medications to retail Pharmacies but the last-mile care is still left uncovered for.
With her team of people who have managed recurrent medications for themselves or their loved ones, they are building a solution to solve this problem for millions of Africans.
The BAF program seeks to recognize and support early-stage African entrepreneurs who significantly impact their communities. The sixth cohort of the BAF comprises ten entrepreneurs from Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda. All participating organizations in the cohort are 100% African-led and owned, operating in the Education, Recycling, Health Tech & Innovation, Poultry Farming, FinTech, Green Energy, and Coffee Farming sectors.
