Impulsivity of ADHD is not a good idea here, we have to think carefully about doing so, there are challenges for neurodivergent folks which are not there for others. It can work out, to be sure, it could be a wonderful experience. Or not. Here are great tips and some cautions about such a move from an experienced diplomat and world traveler.
