In this episode, JP and Andi discuss who they are, what this podcast is about, and share a few of their favourite films. Andi explains their experience of discovering they had ADHD, and what the diagnosis process was like. JP, who is still in the process of understanding their ADHD, explores what it is like not to have a diagnosis. 

They discuss difficulties with mental health, and how film became a way to express themselves and understand who they were. They talk about different films they are interested in, and how hyperfixations can turn into a career path.
