Life's joys... the experiences that excite and thrill you! They're great and always feel so good but at some point you have to come back down to earth, to feel grounded, calm like.
Most neurotypicals usually have no problem with regulating that feeling they get, the good times but you and me? not really, many times not at all. I honestly can't say exactly why but I can theorize.. too much dopamine? addicted to the good because we can't feel normal without?
