I never gave any thought to being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. I take it for granted being diagnosed at a young age. After reading a post yesterday on Medium about a 32-year-old women being diagnosed recently it made me think. Listen in.

ADHD in Adulthood

Life, if nothing else, keeps us busy, stressed, thinking, and a ton of other adjectives we can't think of right now. Suffice it to say life can be just as confusing as it is wonderful, but there is one thing that we can do to understand our lives and how to live them better. All you have to do is think Life is Mishegoss and run with that thought.
