Kristina Hughes Story from Theatre to Academia, divorce, raising her daughter, her own ADHD diagnosis including tools you can utilize today to help you thrive with ADHD.
Kristina was raised in treaty territories 4, 7, and then 6. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre and an MBA. The early part of Kristina’s career as an undiagnosed neurodivergent woman was in the ever changing and exciting world of the arts, specifically as a performer. Though you have may seen her on the stage or on the big screen at one point, she now works for the Clinical Learning Resource Center at the University of Saskatchewan, helping provide healthcare simulation education to our future healthcare providers. After receiving a diagnosis of ADHD in her late 30’s, Kristina embarked on a journey of self-discovery and education; a journey that led to deeper understanding of how to take back her life and ultimately, find profound forgiveness both for herself and others.
