This podcast/video focuses on the struggles most ADHDers experience when it comes to negative self-talk systems, where they come from, and what to do about them once you're aware of them! I focus specifically on all-or-nothing thinking, perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, and executive dysfunction.
Remember: the thoughts you have are not facts! What you feel is valid, but your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings do not need to take complete control of your life. Part of development as a person with ADHD means unlearning what we're taught and replacing these strategies and mindsets with what ACTUALLY works for us. Setbacks and failure are part of life; if you look at them differently, they are also opportunities for growth and change.
