Today I had the absolute pleasure of talking to the incredible Dr. Stephanie Sarkis. Dr. Sarkis is a psychotherapist specializing in ADHD, anxiety, gaslighting, and narcissistic abuse. She is also the author of several books, a mental health counselor, a mental health specialist in child and adolescent counseling and so much more. This interview was inspiring, and educational, and gives insight and understanding of ADHD as a whole.

Also, there is a very special guest about halfway through the episode (I wonder who it could be…??)
