Raise your hand if you like conflict! Anyone? Anyone? No? I get it, I don't particularly love conflict myself. In today's episode, we talk about why we tend to lean out instead of in when it comes to conflict, why it's important to lean in, and some ideas for how to do it. Conflict is a part of our life, and I believe if we are willing to approach it with a posture of curiosity, we will achieve iron sharpening iron.
