Administrator Biden and his Commusocialist Party in Washington, DC plan to hand over American sovereignty to the World Health Organization, allowing them to define what a pandemic or epidemic is, when they begin, when they end, and which medical protocols to approve. The WHO would control medical supply chains, vaccines and mandates. They would monitor all citizens as to their acceptance or denial of the WHO protocols, including the limiting and elimination of free speech during such times.
