2. Detaching from Egoic Meaning: We are used to filtering our reality through the lens of past experiences, judgments, and expectations. By acknowledging that we don’t understand everything we see, we begin to unhook from these egoic interpretations and make room for more loving, expansive perceptions. This is a radical shift because, by admitting that we don’t understand what we see, we open ourselves to a new level of awareness—one that is not based on ego-driven interpretations.
