In this episode the CAPP Team interviews Alison Fisher, the Director of Social Programs, from the Mental Health Association in Orange County. Together we discuss the challenges adolescents are currently facing, offer advice to teens who may be feeling stressed or anxious about the new school year approaching, as well as discuss what mental health resources are available to teens and their parents.
