Jasmine Goodenow gets personal with her adoption story and losing her father.  We also touch on how to be supportive to our friends when they lose someone.  Finally we end with how therapy really helped her deal with all her emotions and the trauma she dealt with being adopted from Korean and having to adapt to a new country and culture.  We end the episode with her advice to those thinking about adopting.
