On the 26th February children from across the North-West of England, who are waiting to be adopted, along with approved and prospective adopters, all came together for a day of fun and finding families at the North West Adoption Agencies Together’ Adoption Fun Day. Adoption agencies: Adoption Now, Together for Adoption, Adoption In Merseyside, Adoption Lancashire and Blackpool, Adoption Counts, Nugent Adoption, Caritas Care, Adoption Matters and Barnardo’s all came together for this fantastic event.

In this Adoption Fun Day special we will be hearing from social workers who were at the event, getting their take on why Adoption Fun Days are so important. And we will also be hearing from two prospective adopters who attended the event. Finding out about their thoughts on the day itself.
