Matthias Giraud aka Super Frenchie is a professional mountain athlete specialized in alpinism, steep skiing, and BASE jumping.

 

He is a two-time, world record holder of highest ski BASE jump, along with other "Super" impressive accolades almost too long to list including being featured in numerous mainstream publications, documentaries, events and more...

 

In this episode, Matthias takes us through the lessons he's learned in coming from a challenging home life as a child, yet still finding and pursuing a passion to become a Professional despite the odds being against him.  We talk about how regardless of his "super" title that he's perfectly human, and faced with the same fears, doubts, and criticisms as the rest of us.  It was a conversation full of empowerment and I'm honored to be able to share it with you!
