In this podcast I speak to integrating an Ayahuasca ceremony. It’s said that the ceremony is 50% of the work with the other 50% being the integration in the days, weeks and months after. I look at what happens immediately following a ceremony. What you can do after leaving the temple space to assist in your grounding. And what actions you can take in the days and weeks after a ceremony to best integrate your experience. With so much emphasis put into the lead up of a ceremony and the ceremony itself the integration afterwards can be forgotten about. However, for us to truly learn from the Ayahuasca experience and move forward in life with a renewed vigour and stop making the same mistakes of the past, a sound integration is utterly important.
