Atoya and Tia are back for episode twelve of Season 4! 

First, Atoya dishes about all the great costumes from the Burleson annual adults only Halloween party! She dressed as Beyonce from the Formation video while Nate went as a beekeeper. Meanwhile, Tia celebrated the end of youth fall sports! 

Next, the ladies discussed the all so familiar feeling of being burnt out in Hot Takes this week! According to a Forbes article titled,  Women Continuing To Face Alarmingly High Levels Of Burnout, Stress In The “New Normal” Of Work, fifty-three percent of women surveyed say their stress levels are higher than they were a year ago, and almost half feel burned out. Tia and Atoya share their takes on the sentiment and offer tips to avoid this in the future.  (5:31)
