Our question for today is from Bob who would like to know about what alternatives exist in the market for providing features similar to P4P and drones that deliver high quality imagery, video and offering mapping features. Bob is specifically looking for drones that have the high features and capabilities provided by the P4P which is no more in production or should he go for a refurbished drone?

In our response to Bob's question, we first elaborate on DJI's strategy for their drones and how they are effectively working to spread the many features of P4P to a variety of drones to spread their product base. We discuss how specific drones are being produced and marketed for specific purposes as against using a one drone solution.

We discuss if its possible for pilots to construct a mapping drone and discuss the many alternatives that pilots can use while also discussing their costs and affordability. We discuss the Mavic lineup, the Inspire line up and their camera and flight features to see if Bob can purchase a single drone to address all his needs.
