The question the listener asked was: "I know you both have young kids but would you consider an episode on adult children and navigating toxic relationships with parents? My age group,  older millennials,  are doing the work - therapy, self-help books, podcasts, etc. I feel like the more I know the harder it is to have a healthy relationship with my parents because they aren’t willing to do the work and often shame it. This is something most of my friends are going through as well." Listen as Jamie and Guy discuss this topic and how to address generational differences in these types of relationships.
