Do you know what the bible says about adultery? Have you ever cheated or been cheated on? What did you feel? What did your spouse feel? How did you get through adultery together? Adultery can have lasting effects on Christian marriages. Some of the impacts of Adultery can lead to: Trust, anger, feelings of insecurity, feelings of inadequacy, loss, brokenness, disappointment, STDs, HIV/AIDS, and pregnancy. Did you know, that a person can commit adultery, whether, single or married? You must guard your heart, mind and thoughts. Pornography is also a form of adultery and what you conceived in your mind and heart can burn you to the core. God sees all of your thoughts, there is nothing you can't hide from God. Adultery is occurring in the church daily and the church is not perfect. We must continue to talk about sex and adultery openly if we want to heal. Sex is not just about pleasing yourself, but also pleasing the other person when you are married. Some scriptures on Adultery include: Matthew 5:27-28.
