It's a new month for a fresh start! I have been experiencing some tough times these past couple months and what better way to figure them out than discussing them here on the podcast. On today's episode I talk about some adult hardships that aren't really talked about much because we fall in pits where we would rather not talk about our downfalls in life and only discuss when everything is all good. I discuss my mental and emotional health since losing my job, other unfortunate hardships that can happen that also take a toll on your health, and what has been my motivation to "keep moving forward"!
