Feminism has evolved. What started as a fight for women’s basic rights has grown into a much bigger conversation about independence, relationships, motherhood, careers, gender roles, and what women actually want.
But somewhere along the way, the conversation became more complicated.
In this episode of Ruth Be Told, we are having a conversation about what feminism means today, how it has changed, and whether some of the ideas we associate with modern feminism are actually helping women or creating new pressures of their own.
What does feminism look like when women want different things?
Can you believe in equality while still wanting traditional gender roles?
And has the movement left enough room for women to simply choose the life that works for them?
There are no perfect answers.
In this conversation, we discuss:

** And has the movement left enough room for women to simply choose the life that works for them?
