Futures trading is a trade in which two parties agree to do business that is, buying and selling of goods, at a particular time in the future, but set prices early in advance.

For traders to be sure about this decision, they sign a contract which has agreed with terms, the date in which the transaction will take place, and the agreed price that will be used during the transaction day.
