As part of the "AdvantAge" social responsibility initiative, aimed at raising awareness about ageism in the business community and society at large, we have produced a podcast episode to share the findings and conclusions of our research. The study focused on understanding how employees and employers perceive the ageism and examined how the business community responds and adapts to this issue through relevant policies and procedures. Through this podcast, we aim to foster dialogue and promote a deeper understanding of ageism, fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace for all generations.
