To continue our journey into this season of waking and awakening, John Philip Newell joined me to talk about the incarnation — and learning to see the sacred in creation and in our lives. It was a beautiful, spiritually astonishing hour exploring our theological visions of the seasons of Advent and Christmas — and our shared hopes for Christianity shaped by longing and love.

Although this wasn’t a book talk per se, we do draw themes from John Philip’s new book, Sacred Earth/Sacred Soul: Celtic Wisdom for Reawakening to What Our Souls Know and Healing the World. I highly recommend it!
