In episode one, Shirley Hernandez joins to discuss the theme of hope and the rearrangement of an old classic Christmas hymn, “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing”. In both this discussion and in Rea’s teaching, we learn how we can escape the rhythms of hurry, worry and weary by sitting at the feet of Jesus and seeking His presence.
