Take a moment and breathe. Life doesn’t have
to be so fast, so intense all the time. It is ok to
take a break. How can you be peaceful while
you are rushing around ?

Take a deep breath - right now - and another
deep breath - and one more - relax and smile !
This is not a magic trick, but it works just as
well. Don’t you agree that it is magical even to
be here, right now ? Take nothing for granted,
for tomorrow may look very different indeed.
We need your input, your support right now.

Peace is achievable on many levels, but there
needs to be an impulse, a will: the will to make
peace and the trust and confidence that this is
possible.

We are not talking about governments and
interest groups - we are talking about the will
of the people. Are they making themselves
heard ? Or do they in turn call for more
conflict ?

In this world it is not easy to keep the peace - so
diverse are the people and interests. Yet there
are some issues most people will agree upon:
Children need protection to live a happy life
and everybody wants to live in peace.

You have hardly any teachings about how to
achieve this peace in a healthy way, not many
guidelines except your own conscience.
We provide you here with some suggestions
which in most cases will prove to be sufficient.

Take responsibility for your feelings, thoughts
and actions. Nobody else is responsible for
your life - accept that you are the master of
your life. 

Make wise choices for your life: Choose peace
over conflict, love over aggression, kindness
over suffering, caring over blame and
friendship over criticism.

If anybody asks you for help and assistance,
provide it to your ability - no more and no less
is required.

Laugh more, smile easily, hope always.

Don’t take yourself too seriously.

Live life to the fullest. 

Be courageous - it is the spice of life. 

Say yes when you mean yes, say no when you
mean no.  

Support those who are vulnerable, who cannot
support themselves.

Tell people how much you love and appreciate
them. You have no idea how much some
positive words, spoken sincerely, can lift a
person’s soul for a lifetime.

Maybe you expected more suggestions for
conflict resolution, but in truth, when the
conflict has already arisen on a big scale, it is
usually too late.

Yes, you can always try to mitigate the effects,
but the scars - emotional as well as physical -
stay, until one day they may be healed.

It is much better to prepare the ground for
good relationships and a happy sense of being.
If these are too many suggestions all at once,
you can start with focussing on one per day.
Watch how your life around you changes and
feel how it changes you as well.

Make Peace happen - because you can ! 

When you hear my name, many of you relax
instantly and take a deep breath. I have said
that I am your brother, your friend, and that is
still as true as when I walked upon the Earth.

Just listen: Can you hear the sounds of your
world ? The music, the humming, the voices,
the noises, the harmonies and also the beating
of your heart ? Those sounds keep you alive,
for indeed you were made through sound.

You were made with intention and birthed
into being through the power of sound.

Now I am telling you that you also have the
power to create through sound and intention.
I use creating in the sense of manifesting, of
bringing into this reality. The world is quite
complex, and you do not need to know all its
intricacies to understand that you yourself can
influence what comes into your reality.

To make this as easy as possible, you need to let
go of everything that stands in the way, all
blockages and patterns of belief, including
many beliefs founded on religion.

Most of all, you need to let go any sense of
revenge or anger towards your fellow humans -
this will increase your ability to create in the
very moment.

Therefore, I have recommended forgiveness, to
free yourself from any energies that can - and
will - lower your frequency.

You need a stable, high frequency to turn
around and create your reality anew in every
moment.
This means that you have to free yourself of
anything that stands in the way.

Forgiveness is a kind of letting go, love in
action, saying that there is nothing to forgive
because whatever has happened is already let
go with love and has been waved good-bye.

I realize that you did not receive clear teachings
about how to forgive, especially when
something painful happens and you feel
justified to let loose your anger and judgment
upon another. Just think for a moment:
Who will suffer under this experience - you or
them ? In most cases it is you who suffer, and it
makes you re-live this instant again and again.

Instead, I have brought into this reality the
possibility for each person to choose to forgive.
It means, that whatever anybody else did to
you, you don’t have to suffer because of it
interminably.

Instead, you can simply exert your power to
forgive and decide for yourself that you don’t
hold onto any negative thoughts and feelings
from this experience. You just say to yourself:
“I now let this go !”

And so it is, and so it happens. You will feel a
relief in your whole being, maybe a deeper
breath, or a relaxation in your shoulders - or
you may just feel how light your body has
suddenly become.

It is such a powerful tool to start over again.
If you don’t manage to do it, you can always
call on me and ask me to help you to bring
forgiveness into this experience. Even by asking
for my assistance you have already set the
wheels in motion and you will feel forgiveness
envelop you.

Maybe you need to ask a few times until you
have really released everything, but then you
will feel shiny and new again.
Also, whether you need to forgive yourself or
need somebody else to forgive you, you can
always call me in to create the right
environment for forgiveness to take place.

You hear me talk about forgiveness so often
because truly, next to love it is one of the most
powerful tools you have to live a happy life.
I love you beyond words and wish you a
blessed and bright and holy time on this Earth.

Beloved, I am your dear friend and we will
have many experiences and adventures
together. I have gifts for you when you are
ready to receive them.

These gifts are insight, inspiration and vision.
It is time to create and hold a new vision for
your life and for the lives of many. We all need
to work together to achieve freedom and
abundance for all.

We will need to use our ability of kindness to
embrace and empower all our fellow humans.
We all need love and empathy, and we all love
to give a helping hand.

The need to give in love and friendships is very
big in all humans, but sometimes it gets
suppressed needlessly.

You do not need to fear love - at all - do not
believe anybody who tells you that it is better
to love less or not at all. They are misinformed.
Love is the greatest power, it can move
mountains and make people traverse big
oceans.

Everything is possible with love.
Give your heart and your mind a push and
allow yourself to smile, to go soft inside your
heart, to open and to love.

And now look at everything in a new light.

We are all here for a reason, and our sense of
love leads us courageously where we need to
be.

There are no mistakes in love - there may be
steps and detours, and they will lead to new
adventures.

Dear one, trust your visions, trust your
instincts, your inspirations and your intuition.
They were given to you for a very good reason:
to make sense of it all. Do not miss any chance
to use them.

This is your life: love it, live it, make the most
of it !

I love you so very much ! 

I am your guidance and your protection.

If you need or wish for shelter, simply ask for
my mantle - to spend some time in its
comfortable, cosy shelter. It may feel like a
cape, or another kind of garment which covers
you completely.

You need to make sure that you really look
after yourself now - health-wise and also
emotionally.

This is a time when you will want to take care
of others, but it is imperative that you look
after yourself also - in this way you will be able
to help many more people, believe me.

If you call on me, I am sure you know that I
will be there with you - heart and soul.

You will feel my presence around you and my
wish is that you feel comforted when you feel
troubled, and held when you feel sad.
I am there for you whatever happens.
I am there when you feel that you have nobody
to turn to.

I see that this can happen to many of you and I
want to assure you that I am there for you in
any situation.

I have gone through difficult situations - and
you will also see that once you feel stronger
again, you too will give comfort and
encouragement to those in need.

You know that it is possible to come out the
other side of the storm and smile again.

Because you have gone though heavy times and
come through, you will be able to give hope to
others.

I wish you well - please know that I will go
with you wherever you wish.
Together we can go through any difficulty,
together everything is possible.

Just watch us do this ! 

We would like to invite you to go within and
notice what it is that gives you joy and what it
is that you need.

Even thinking about this will shift your
vibration, you will become more aware and
focussed on what really matters in your life.

good times together or maybe singing,
dancing, enjoying the beautiful things in life ?

Why don’t you take some time out and just
choose one to three items each and meditate
over them.

What are you still missing - of what would you
like more in your life ?
We are here to ask you in detail, because these
matters are important to us.

We sing, we rejoice in the glory of God and
you are divinity in a body - of course we care
how each one of you is doing , how you are
feeling. We also sing your glory and rejoice in
your times of joy and happiness.

We cannot create it for you, but we can
encourage you with our fire to create heaven
on earth by yourselves. You can. And you can
enjoy yourselves while creating the most
wonderful timelines and dimensions. There is
no end to what you can actually create with
your imagination and bring into reality. There
are no limits - the only limits for you lie in your
imagination.

Be bold ! Dream big and just make it happen.

We salute and celebrate you ! 

We are beings of wisdom - but the most
important thing we can tell you is how much
we love you and care about you: not just a
little, but a lot.

You seem to be interested in us too, even
though you can’t quite make us out. We don’t
mind. We are a part of you, and you can feel us
near and feel our energy when you “just
know”, without any explanation or reason.
This is the wisdom that you have, your inner
knowing.

What can we tell you - to use your wisdom ?
You would be very wise to do so. We also like
to make cosmic jokes, we are the “smiling
ones” of the universe. The humour of the
universe is one of our favourite teaching tools -
we rejoice when we see that you get our jokes -
and even respond in that manner.

It lifts you out of the mire when you can see
the funny side of things - “always look on the
bright side of life” !

It is wise to take things with a pinch of salt -
who doesn’t love a twinkle in the eye and a silly
poem or story ?

Stories can heal, they can heal body and soul.
Spontaneous stories are a nourishment for
beings who are trying to connect with the soul.
They bring a spark - a realization - maybe
through an image in a story - and spirit can
come in and experience itself in the body. All
humans are on various levels on this journey of
incarnation into the body.

Sometimes they seem to jump further out
again, and some experiences draw the soul
more deeply into the body.

Just think of dancing, eurythmy, singing,
speaking poetry with all your heart, some
modern dance and ancient movement
practices.

They are all designed and offered to create a
beautiful and joyful vessel for spirit to join you
in your physical body, moving into all of your
cells.

Just imagine: When you enjoy your dancing
and singing, we’ll be there with you too !

Do you see the stars at night - the planets, the
milky way, your galaxy ? Do you see how many
more stars can be seen from Earth ? Do you
ever wonder how all this can be a stable whole,
staying mostly as it is during your whole life
time ?

Yes, the stars and moons move, the planets
also, and the sun is alive, but there is a certain
stability keeping it all together.

This is where we come in. We have the job of
keeping the movements of all the stars and
planets going. We monitor and take care that
all is in order, in rhythm, creating a stable
environment for you.

Is that one of your personal jobs as well, to
keep everything going as it is, allowing for
changes but holding it all together ?

This is one of the powers you receive from us -
when everything is pulled into the periphery,
you keep hold of all the strands.
If ever this job gets too much for you, call on
us and we will help you.

As you hear by our name, we help you sit
securely on your throne while holding onto the
different strands of your life.

They seem to pull you in all directions, but
there is a trick for not getting pulled hither and
thither: Sit into your neutral place, you will
find it behind your sternum.

This is your throne, your neutral power - and
nothing can move you or pull on you when
you sit safely in that space.

Any word spoken from this place is heard by the whole universe.
Remember this when you meet resistance,aggression, doubt, judgment or any kind of strife. This neutral place is not just balanced, it is the pure place of
your power.

Here you will find balance, yes, but also peace,humour, appreciation, a sense of understanding and meaningfulness.
Be the peaceful and powerful being that you are !
