Foster care and adoption have become an answered prayer for so many children. In 2023,  there have been 391,000 children in the foster care system. So many children may be victims of abuse or neglect. So many families are stepping up to care for these children.

Heather Fowler tells a beautiful story about how her family answered God's call to be the hands and feet of Jesus through foster care. She also shares about the fabulous ministry she started for foster families. If you are thinking of fostering or know somebody who is, be sure to send them these links!

Welcome as we kick off Season 4 of Adventure Parenting with Grace podcast! This podcast is part of KidStrength4Life where we focus on 3 Cs, Christ identity, Character, and Communication in raising our kids. 

No better way to kick off Season 2 than with a 3-week series on our identity in Christ, and what it means for us now and for the future. Today, we conclude this series with Matt Larson as he talks more about some of the more practical aspects of Christ-identity. Matt brings us clarity and Truth where there is often confusion and inaccuracy. Today, We will end the series with Scripture passages that God speaks over us and about us. I believe this series will be encouraging and life-changing as you let God speak to you through Matt.

Matt Larson is the lead pastor at Anthem Church in Thousand Oaks, California, where he teaches directly from God's Word. He lives and leads his family in the grace and the Christ identity he describes here. (He would say he does not do it perfectly, but he amazes me!)
