In this meeting of the Adventure Party, we talk with Kenneth Hite. He’s a game designer, author, and Cthulu Mythos scholar. He has released the latest update to Night’s Black Agents called The Dracula Dossier. The system that Night’s Black Agents uses is called GUMSHOE and we got to talk to Kenneth about the benefits of the system, why the Cthulu Mythos is so interesting, what Kickstarter has done for the game industry, the joy of writing kid’s themed parody books, and working on his own podcast called Ken and Robin Talk About Stuff.

Glenn reviews the game Evolution, where you get a chance to create life and do your best to keep it alive. It’s a game of resource management and strategy for up to 6 players.

We then talk about Modiphius creating games based on John Carter of Mars, (which Brad mistakenly credits to Robert E. Howard). There will be an RPG and a board game, all set in the world of Barsoom.

Ryan Murphy gives us the latest PC and console game news.

Our Kickstarter Spotlight is the card game called The Voting Game. A game that could make or break friendships as up to 6 people vote on who is the most likely to do certain things.
