Barcelona is a beehive. Tourists are crowding into the city's famed Gothic Quarter. You can't find an empty seat at an outdoor cafe, where visitors are enjoying the spring-like weather.

It seems a world away from the chaos of the coronavirus outbreak. But it isn't. Spain has 480 confirmed cases in Spain and 10 deaths, two in this area.
