How does empathy manifest for us and how do we approach it. we have also discussed some great protection methods for those that are experiencing Empathy but don't know how to shield themselves from experiences others feelings, thoughts and other sensations. Empathy is a great part of our journey, allowing us to do the spiritual work that we do. Granted, it's not always easy, but that is the joy of this journey.
