Genie brother and sister duo grant wishes for kids in the town of Whimsville.

Joey wishes for pizza fish and suddenly pizza slices are swimming around the lake. The kids make a splash and disturb Mayor Bumblebottoms fishing adventure on his yacht with his young nephew Jagger. Mayor Bumblebottoms breaks out in red hives whenever magic is used to grant a wish. Bumblebottoms calls Penelope Pettifor on his red walkie-talkie to alert her that magic was used and to investigate who is the culprit. Scorcersess Zephora is alerted by her crystal ball that magic is used and she races to find who is doing the magic. Zephora brings her ray gun to suck in the wish magic to make a potion to make her young again.
