I disappeared again, I know. I am terrible.  

But I didn't die! Over the last few months (basically 2020) I needed to go back to the drawing board and figure out what I wanted to bring to the table as I felt as though I was losing myself in going wit the trends of society and expressing thoughts and feelings that were not my own.  

So this is why this episode is dedicated to adversity, and how I have viewed it in my life. This is a powerful message to everyone in life and business, as we all go through tougher times in our lives but it is how we react that shows us our true colours.
