Ashley Lacey is the Store Manager at Lululemon Doncaster. During 2022, she had to step aside from this significant position in the store to go on maternity leave and bring life into this world. We speak on the unspoken adversity that this period of time holds for most mothers, as well as how to navigate such a challenging (yet beautiful) time.

Expect to learn about the love and resentment that maternity leave creates, managing the stigma surrounding 'only' being a retailing manager and how to lead others with kindness.
