In my first podcast EVER! I share one of my favorite and most transformative classroom routines: advice and affirmations. I run through several of my favorite pieces of advice I've ever been given. I discuss their meanings and where I've found them take root in my life and in the world. This podcast serves as a "teacher example" for how students can take informative writing pieces and turn them into something that can live on and educate others, rather than die in the grade book as a sad essay.
