Over a decade since we first sat behind a microphone and commented on the nominations of 2005 and 2006, the ragtag gang of the usual suspects returns to chat about President Obama’s nomination of Chief Judge Merrick Garland of the United States Court of Appeals of the DC Circuit as the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.
Following in the footsteps of our prior podcasts, Advice & Consent will be insightful, but not stodgy… opinionated, but not dogmatic. This is a serious process, but we find some entertainment along the way too.
