Are you considering an abdominoplasty or "Tummy Tuck" surgery? In this episode I offer my best advice for anyone who is seriously contemplating whether this surgery is right for them. I went into my surgery unprepared for what I would eventually experience. For me, surgery brought with it physical, emotional, and mental turmoil and I believe that was because I was not as prepared as I could have been. Four surgeries later and I am here to offer my best advice in light of what my experience was like so that you can feel better prepared and make the best decision for yourself.
