Seasons Leadership Co-Founders Susan Ireland and Debbie Collard interview Kate about leadership, advocacy having no age limit and the importance of saving animals.Show Notes: Kate opens up about what inspired her to become an activist at the age of seven and shares the story of her first safari (3:03). Next Kate talks about how she expanded her role as an activist and started podcasting (5:00). The conversation gets serious about the urgency of helping save animals now (5:42) with Kate sharing that every 8 hours a rhino is killed for its horn and every 15 minutes an elephant is killed for its tusk. Kate shares a story about how the kids at her school helped koalas (6:29) to show how kids everywhere can have an impact.
