On episode 5 of Topic: North Texas, Patrick and I sat down with the North Texas Commission's Vice President of Advocacy, Holli Davies, to discuss the Commission's state and federal legislative priorities. 

During our conversation, Holli shared how the Commission along with the Chambers of Commerce across North Texas created the Regional Chamber Coalition to advocate for pro-business legislation on a state level. Although it was only the first year, the Coalition saw many wins during the previous 86th Texas Legislative Session. 

In addition, Holli shared how the North Texas Commission is actively working to give North Texas a voice at a federal level.
