Aeyon was formed in 2021 through the merger of Artlin Consulting – a provider of management consulting and data analytics services to the US Government – and Sehlke Consulting – an innovative provider of software and technology enabled services that automate financial management, logistics and supply chain, and business systems. Aeyon has since acquired Manufacturing Technical Solutions and Marick Group, while also being one of the five companies recently awarded a $1B contract with the Department of the Navy for financial, accounting, and business process services.
