Esther Wanja is daughter, sister, friend, follower of Jesus, lover of all thing’s nature, coffee and books. She is an International Development professional , with a background and experience in community development, fundraising, research, financial inclusion, and project management. Esther holds a Master’s in International Development and is passionate about sustainable and inclusive development and is keen to work to improve the lives of Africa’s vulnerable populations through innovative strategies and program excellence.
Her desire is to utilise her experiences, gifts, talents, and voice to not only bring about a lasting change in the community through development and program excellence, but to catalyse and raise up a generation that wholeheartedly pursues Jesus.
In 2020, Esther launched The Relentless Culture a ministry that is committed to inspiring, encouraging, and stirring up a relentless pursuit of Jesus. A pursuit that is unceasingly intense, unwavering, and tenacious.
The Relentless Culture seeks to raise and equip a people whose culture and way of life is to pursue Christ- even when it's not convenient, easy, comfortable, or popular. A culture that pursues Jesus closely, stands firm, loves well, and reaches out to the lost through witness.
Today we will be talking about community development, content creation, the pressure trap, vision, discipleship and young women.
