Being present in the now. So many of us don't know what to do with the empty canvas. Rather than patiently waiting for the full moment we revert back to our past and attempt to fix what we've labeled a trip, stumble or flip flop. We can't do that. We need to locate the right amount of energy to face today's storms set free by the headlines. We're bending at the knees and doing all we can to run away from what appears to be challenging.
