We are here to serve. What does that mean to the average anybody? To serve God. An invisible something. Preachers don't carry the same experience as those who are living it. Like Ben Dusing a humanitarian in Ukraine or journalist Joe Lindsley. They are physical and we are to believe that God is working through them to reach people. Should we redefine what physical means? To be present without being seen. Through others we can identify but is that an interpretation?
