Did you know that you can change the neural pathways in your brain using daily affirmations that align with the life that you want to live?  I know. Crazy! 

I'm going to get you started on some of the affirmations that helped me to shape my morning routine to set me up for success for the whole day and BOOST my mood as soon as I wake up. 

I truly believe that affirmations have the power to shift our mindset from a victim mindset to an empowered one…and quickly too! 

Ever wake up in a good mood and you just seem to have the best day? 

Ever wake up and stub your toe and your entire day goes downhill from there? 

THAT'S the power of the mind. We can control how we react to situations and choose to let go of doubt, worry and fear when we create affirmations for our day that can start us off on the right foot.

For 5 DAYS on the podcast I'll be sharing different affirmations with different themes for that day. Day one we are focusing on your morning mindset + getting ready for the day.
