Affirmation Meditation is the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment. An affirmation is anything repeated out loud or in thoughts which register in our subconscious mind. ... The aim is for thoughts to consume our awareness to manifests goals or changes in behavior.
✨ Listen to the affirmations while you're meditating.
✨ Read them aloud before meditation and repeat them.
✨ Whisper and repeat them.
✨ Think about the affirmations in your heart during meditation.
✨ Write them down and keep them in a place where you can read it to yourself daily. Preferably looking in the mirror.
✨ Use the affirmations we've provided or create your own.
If you're creating your own, be realistic and keep them short.
